Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective Date: April 27, 2026

Repro Depot produces prints to order. Because each item is created specifically for the order placed, returns and refunds are limited and depend on the nature of the issue.

Please review the policy below before completing your purchase.

1. Made‑to‑Order Prints

All prints are produced individually for each order. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • preference or taste
  • incorrect selection made at checkout

This includes choices related to:

  • print size
  • image layout
  • surface finish or print series
  • customer‑supplied images

2. Defects and Production Errors

If your order arrives with a defect in print quality or a confirmed production error, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

If the issue is determined to be a production error, Repro Depot will, at its discretion:

  • replace the item, or
  • issue a refund

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the issue results directly from a production defect.

3. Damage During Shipping (Unframed Items)

Unframed prints are shipped using protective packaging suitable for transit.

If damage occurs during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and retain all packaging materials. Photographs may be required to assess the issue.

4. Framed Items

Framed items are available for local pickup or local delivery only and are final sale, except in cases of confirmed production defects.

Due to the specialized handling required for framed works, framed items are not eligible for return or exchange once fulfilled.

5. Customer‑Supplied Images

For “Create Your Own” products, Repro Depot is not responsible for issues resulting from:

  • low‑resolution source images
  • visual artifacts embedded in submitted files
  • aesthetic outcomes once the print has been produced

Customers are responsible for ensuring their submitted images are suitable for print.
