The Complete Presentation

Each Studio Series 8×10 Presentation Package includes three components, selected to function together as a unified system.

Protective Clear Bag

The print is first placed in a protective clear bag designed to limit surface contact, dust accumulation, and incidental handling during transport and short‑term storage.

This layer serves a practical purpose:

  • keeps the print clean
  • allows safe handling
  • supports presentation without obscuring the image

The clear bag is a handling accessory, not a long‑term storage or archival solution.

Rigid Backing Board Insert

Each print is paired with a rigid white backing board, approximately 51‑point thickness, positioned behind the print inside the protective sleeve.

The backing board provides firm structural support during packaging, transport, and presentation. Its role is to help keep the print flat, protected, and visually contained as it moves from studio to recipient.

This backing board is a presentation and handling component, not a conservation or archival backing.

What It Does

All Studio Series presentation assemblies are designed to be fully reversible. The print may be removed without cutting, tearing, or permanent adhesion.

The assembled presentation package is shipped in a rigid, easy‑tear mailer sized specifically for the Studio Series 8×10 format.
